Legendary photo is... legendary! A popular meme of this picture with the usual caption being "Girl, ima have to call you back". Now, I didn't do my homework & research this so, I have no idea if this was a candid/paparazzi photo or it was planned. Let me know if you do.
IMO, it seems spontaneous... That's what makes it hilarious. And with a hot guy like that as the star, no wonder the meme went viral. The dude is Robert Buckley. First met him in hit TV series One Tree Hill, then watched him in a short-lived yet amazing TV show 666 Park Avenue. He's currently starring in another TV project, iZombie.

For the curious ones, I think this is Max Emerson. Judging by the looks, basically. If not, he reminds me of this boyish-looking dude. JSYK, I do notice when you guys ask for the name of the male model/random stud/athlete/jock/etc.
