You're so sweet, Nicole. Fit guys need to take a break sometimes and relax because, not working out is a part of a workout. To build muscle and get more fit, can't just work on it, need to take breaks so the body recovers. Anyways, I know you like a manly man. There will be more, much more. Elbow hugs, babe! :)

OMG! That running beef is… WOOOFF! Not my cup of tea but as an artist I could use him as my drawing model.
For my favorite, no surprise, it' that cutie seated with his cute light green shorts on that beach… Where is that «bitch».. Oups! I meant BEACH so I could put some suntan lotion on his back and more and more and more..
The GIF is deliciously hypnotising indeed, I bet watching it half an hour a day keeps the doctor away! Reminds me of Australian hit TV series Bloom in which the first episode begins with a 15 minute close up shot of Ryan Corr's bum moving and spreading and tightening while he runs and runs and runs nekkid through the streets. The joy of TV :) You should watch that one as they also have sex scenes between Angus MacLaren and Jacob Collins Levy, two lovers from Vietnam days.
I'm sure some visitors will watch that. And how crazy it is that something like that aired on TV, probably in the primetime slot, as well. I'm sure most of the people didn't mind seeing and even watching that with pleasure! ^.^
Australians are not prudish like Americans :) They also had Sam Reid nekkid a lot in Lamb of God series, which was their best show last year. It was also an absolute delight.
