Yesterday the biceps, today the triceps and, I guess, tomorrow the quadriceps. It makes sense and they are in the exact order. There are pentaceps but their exact name is pentaceps femoris (the tensor of vastus intermedius). I'm not a fan of hypertrophied muscles, but if I must pick someone it would be Jason Bjarnson, the hunk in the last photo. LOL, no, not only to thank him of being the last one.
